About the role
The Supply Agent will support Safran Landing Systems’ Mirabel plant by ensuring seamless alignment between purchase orders and production demand, managing supplier communications, and overseeing the logistics flow of critical landing‑gear components for Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
Key responsibilities
- Align purchase orders with Master Production Schedule demand and process SAP error messages (delays, quantity changes, early deliveries).
- Launch and track external orders, follow up with suppliers and subcontractors, and manage purchase order acknowledgments.
- Communicate supply plans, monitor logistics of shipped components, and resolve billing disputes.
- Maintain supplier relationships, ensure contractual compliance, and collaborate with technicians and quality teams to address quality issues.
- Support risk analysis related to load, capacity and cadence, and prepare monthly tier‑1 supplier performance reports.
- Participate in supply‑review meetings, QRQC sessions and continuous‑improvement projects.
Required profile
- College diploma (DEC or AEC) in industrial engineering, supply‑chain management or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the aeronautics sector.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in both French and English.
Required skills
- SAP procurement module.
