Senior Systems Administrator – Bilingual (French/English) – 3‑Month Contract

About the role

Our client seeks a bilingual Senior Systems Administrator to join a 3‑month contract team in Montreal. The role focuses on Level 3 support, infrastructure management, and security compliance across North American sites and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for IT requests and incidents, meeting SLA targets.
• Install, commission, maintain, update, and secure server‑room and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage Hyper‑V and Nutanix virtualization platforms.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure resources (VMs, virtual networks, storage accounts, Azure AD, NSGs, App Services).
• Ensure Microsoft Intune and mobile device management solutions operate correctly.
• Monitor systems daily, respond to security or usability issues, and apply patches and vulnerability remediation.
• Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with global shared services, cybersecurity, and network teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Minimum 7 years experience in large enterprise environments.
• At least 5 years experience with Azure Cloud and Active Directory.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours for maintenance outside regular business times.
