Senior Litigation Lawyer

About the role

KMB Law is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to strengthen its civil and commercial litigation practice. The role offers the chance to lead complex cases, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with seasoned professionals in a dynamic, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients on civil and commercial matters.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies in partnership with clients and team members.
• Independently manage files and collaborate on matters with senior litigators.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and law students.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration and other dispute‑resolution forums, delivering cost‑effective solutions.
• Support other practice areas as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of high‑quality civil and commercial litigation experience.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy and analytical abilities.
• Self‑motivated, hardworking and personable with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Adaptability to changing situations and complex case demands.
