Senior Consultant – CPM/EPM Implementations

About the role

Our client, a growing international consulting partner specialized in Corporate Performance Management, is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead CPM/EPM software implementations across North America. You will work independently with enterprise clients, guiding projects from discovery through deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support end‑to‑end CPM/EPM implementation projects for enterprise clients.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.
• Configure and customize CPM platforms (e.g., Vena, Prophix, Planful, Adaptive Planning, Datarails) to meet client needs.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution‑design discussions.
• Build financial models, reporting solutions, and planning processes within the platform.
• Collaborate with Lead Consultants and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing or administering CPM/EPM solutions such as Vena, Prophix, Planful, Adaptive Planning, or Datarails.
• Ability to manage project workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and converting them into technical solutions.
• Understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Direct Vena implementation experience and background in Finance or FP&A is a plus.
• Consulting or professional services experience preferred.
