Project Manager – Integrated Solutions

About the role

The Project Manager will report to the Director of Integrated Solutions and work closely with a team of designers. This position offers the chance to lead complex projects from client briefing through to on‑site installation and commissioning, while collaborating with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to define needs, select concepts and coordinate engineering drawings.
• Oversee material purchase, fabrication, delivery, on‑site installation, commissioning and post‑installation follow‑up.
• Prepare technical specifications and client submissions based on project requirements.
• Administratively manage projects and support Technosub’s sales team in Canada.
• Read and interpret plans, and ensure project fulfillment through successful completion.
• Participate in idea realization, solution‑oriented problem solving and continuous learning within the team.

Required profile

• Technical college diploma in mechanical, electromechanical or mining engineering with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the mining pumping domain and the broader mining industry is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or membership in the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec are considered assets.
• Strong French proficiency (oral and written) and advanced English skills for frequent communication with English‑speaking partners.

Required skills

• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Outlook, Access.
