Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

Voices is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join its online marketplace for voice solutions. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will act as the voice of talent, turning insights from our talent network into strategic decisions and leading go‑to‑market initiatives for platform updates.

Key responsibilities

• Define ideal talent profiles, segment them, and craft positioning and messaging for recruitment campaigns.
• Develop content and training materials that enable talent to succeed on the platform.
• Plan and execute go‑to‑market launches for marketplace updates in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Own messaging and positioning for traditional voice‑over offerings, both self‑service and managed services.
• Conduct talent interviews, synthesize findings into “voice of talent” insights, and share them with the business.
• Recruit talent for beta programs and manage their participation.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of product marketing experience, preferably in a B2C or digital marketplace environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences and stakeholder interaction.
• Proven project‑management ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• Comfortable making business cases for marketing programs and product updates.
