Performance Marketing Specialist – Paid Social

About the role

Clever Digital Marketing is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid social campaigns for large‑scale home improvement clients. You will own the marketing success of assigned accounts, working closely with the client services team to hit revenue‑driven KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and manage multiple Facebook, Instagram and TikTok campaigns for mid‑ and high‑tier clients.
• Continuously optimize ad performance using audience segmentation, creative iteration and data‑driven tactics.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager and Senior Specialist to troubleshoot under‑performing accounts.
• Scale successful campaigns and reallocate budgets based on performance insights.
• Write high‑converting copy for ads, landing pages and video assets.
• Oversee a Meta/TikTok ad budget of $150,000‑$300,000 per month.

Required profile

• Strong desire to learn, solve problems and take ownership of campaign outcomes.
• Experience leading account strategy and scaling paid social accounts.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with client services.
