Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Marketing Manager at Kohl & Frisch Limited, you will lead the development and execution of brand and product marketing strategies that boost visibility, reputation and market share within the pharmacy wholesale sector. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors and customers to drive brand awareness, loyalty and sales across independent pharmacies and other healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel brand strategies aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on the independent pharmacy market.
• Manage branding and promotion of portfolio products such as health One™ and HealthSnap.ca, ensuring consistent messaging across all lines.
• Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
• Maintain brand identity standards across all materials, collaborating with Communications and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance.
• Lead marketing projects, events and initiatives, overseeing timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor brand performance metrics, analyse data and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand strategy and product marketing, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical distribution sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPI data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical branding and promotions.
