Financial Analyst – 6‑Month Contract (Manufacturing)

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support a manufacturing client on a six‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role focuses on budget monitoring, expense analysis, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal discipline across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review annual and monthly budgets against actual spending.
• Aggregate employee expense and vendor invoice data, analyze variances, and produce detailed reports with justification for over‑ or underspend.
• Validate employee‑submitted expense reports, ensure correct GL coding and cost‑center allocation, and process payments through internal systems.
• Monitor departmental spending throughout the fiscal year to keep budgets on track.
• Identify, analyze, and explain discrepancies between planned budgets and actual expenditures.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a blended accounting/financial analysis role.
• Strong preference for candidates with SAP experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Korean language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) is a significant asset.
• Progress toward a CPA designation is advantageous but not mandatory.
