Customer Expansion Specialist

About the role

As a Customer Expansion Specialist you will drive growth by initiating outbound calls, generating qualified leads and delivering solutions that delight customers. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to expand our customer base and achieve monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget and decision‑making process.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, uncover opportunities and overcome objections.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all interactions in a CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly objectives and targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma; college degree considered an asset.
• Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to navigate objections, handle rejections and stay motivated.
• Self‑motivated, organized, adaptable to fast‑paced market conditions.
• Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
