About the role
Alvéole is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand its presence across North America. You will generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, engage potential clients, and build a qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team. The role offers hands‑on coaching and mentorship from senior sales leaders and a co‑founder.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
- Generate interest in Alvéole’s sustainability products and qualify prospects.
- Schedule meetings and create sales opportunities for Account Executives.
- Research and identify target customers that match the ideal customer profile.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed outreach and pipeline generation targets.
- Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership to refine prospecting strategies.
- Continuously develop sales skills, product knowledge, and market understanding.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing role (sales, hospitality, retail, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence and resilience when engaging new contacts.
- Proactive, curious, and coachable mindset.
- Goal‑oriented with a drive to achieve ambitious targets.
- Passion for sustainability and ability to represent Alvéole’s mission authentically.
