Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

ITC Infotech is looking for a results‑driven Technical Delivery Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of a multi‑track Data Engineering program in the Retail domain. You will lead a cross‑geographic team of about 20 professionals, partnering closely with customer directors, tech managers, product owners and architects.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery across multiple tracks, managing scope, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, budget, RAID and change control.
• Run governance cadence including weekly status, executive readouts, risk reviews and steering updates.
• Act as primary delivery interface for customer stakeholders, translating business priorities into actionable plans with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead technical delivery for ingestion, streaming, transformation, orchestration and data product enablement using Airflow, Kafka, Databricks/Spark, Snowflake and Postgres.
• Influence solution quality through design reviews, coding standards, data‑modeling standards and performance practices.
• Ensure production readiness with monitoring, alerting, runbooks, incident response and root‑cause analysis.
• Motivate and manage the on‑site/NA team while influencing matrix and offshore teams to meet outcomes.

Required profile

• Senior data‑engineering leader with proven delivery leadership in a multi‑track environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑facing skills, comfortable interacting with directors, program managers and architects.
• Experience leading a 20‑person delivery team across locations.
• Ability to drive predictable execution, engineering discipline and continuous improvement.
