Systems Administrator – IT Support for Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our hands‑on IT team at Dr. Oetker's state‑of‑the‑art pizza production facility in London, Ontario. The role focuses on providing first‑ and second‑level support to both office and production floor users, ensuring reliable operation of IT and OT systems in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day technical support on‑site, both virtually and on the shop floor.
• Manage tickets, prioritize incidents, and see issues through to resolution.
• Coordinate with global IT teams for escalations and project alignment.
• Assist with device lifecycle projects, network upgrades, and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation.
• Administer core technologies such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows, and Intune.
• Support networking and IT/OT environments, contributing to security and reliability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
• Comfortable working full‑time on‑site in a food manufacturing setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple technologies.
• Ability to prioritize workload and follow issues to completion.
• Team‑oriented with clear communication for both technical and non‑technical users.
