Key responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing strategies for the automotive vertical and its sub‑segments.
• Develop business cases and recommendations that drive revenue and volume growth using market, financial and competitive insights.
• Create annual business and vertical plans aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Lead strategic projects and global product initiatives, ensuring alignment with Canadian market needs.
• Plan, develop and launch value‑added services, capabilities and new products.
• Provide executive‑ready insights on strategy, performance and key initiatives.
• Conduct advanced data analysis with AI tools to inform decisions and optimize performance.
• Lead cross‑functional execution of automotive initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive marketing.
• Hands‑on knowledge of product marketing, program and project management.
• Proven ability to lead major business initiatives and deliver measurable results.
• Strong expertise in market research, competitive analysis and strategy development.
• Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
