Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Consultant to drive new client acquisition for linen, workwear, industrial uniforms and facility services across a designated territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will combine prospecting, relationship building and product promotion to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, solicit and secure new B2B clients through cold‑calling, lead qualification and proposal presentation.
• Promote and sell all approved product lines and services, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate sales records, complete new‑client paperwork and manage the sales funnel.
• Participate in promotions, contests, meetings and training sessions.
• Follow company sales policies, pricing guidelines and installation procedures.
• Present a professional image and build strong customer relationships.
• Operate a company vehicle safely, keep it clean and ensure regular maintenance.
• Attend trade shows and marketing events, monitor competitive activity and report findings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong time‑management and ability to follow directions.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales or hunting/prospecting experience.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to recognize product colors, sizes and types and perform accurate calculations.
• Safety‑sensitive role; drug and alcohol testing required.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
