About the role

We are seeking a seasoned attorney to lead contract negotiations and redlining for SaaS agreements on a remote, hourly basis. The role blends traditional legal work with cutting‑edge AI‑driven contract review, offering a dynamic environment for legal professionals interested in technology.

Key responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining for SaaS agreements.
• Evaluate AI‑generated contract suggestions for accuracy, risk, and legal soundness.
• Review AI responses to legal scenarios and provide detailed expert feedback.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data and guidelines.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology and SaaS contracts.
• Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies in contract workflows.
• Contribute to improving AI‑driven contract review systems and processes.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) with active bar membership in good standing.
• Strong experience in SaaS contract review, negotiation, and redlining.
• Background in technology transactions and in‑house legal environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in legal technology, AI, and data annotation workflows.
