Learning and Development Specialist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design and launch engaging digital learning experiences for our teams. This 8‑month full‑time contract role is remote‑first, supporting Zensurance’s mission to empower employees with high‑impact training.

Key responsibilities

• Design captivating digital learning content using Canva, Articulate 360, Workday Learning and AI‑enhanced tools.
• Own the full training lifecycle—from needs analysis and content creation to delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update all training materials on Workday Learning.
• Document training processes and assess impact to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the L&D team lead to enhance organizational onboarding and upgrade existing learning programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of instructional design experience in adult learning program design, development, delivery and evaluation.
• Proven ability to manage the content development life cycle and apply instructional design best practices.
• Strong skill in transforming complex information into engaging learning experiences.
• Experience working in a remote, contract‑based environment.
