Customer Experience Associate (30 hrs/week)

About the role

Scotiabank is seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience Associates to join its North York branch. As the face of the branch, you will help customers achieve their financial goals by delivering personalized service and guiding them through our digital banking tools.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a lobby leader, triaging and assisting customers efficiently.
• Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities such as opening accounts, processing GICs, and offering pre‑approved credit.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients.
• Promote and demonstrate mobile and digital self‑service banking applications.
• Meet branch targets while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work 30 hours per week onsite.
• Experience in simple sales, proactive marketing calls, and providing basic financial advice.
• Previous banking experience is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile banking applications.
• Ability to promote and demonstrate digital/self‑service banking platforms.
