Controller – Finance Operations

About the role

Alimentiv is seeking a Controller to lead its accounting function and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting across a complex, multi‑entity global structure. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own the full accounting cycle and drive robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close, including consolidations, journal entries, account reconciliations and preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Review and sign off on financial data prepared by the accounting team, resolving discrepancies before distribution.
• Lead the preparation of audit, regulatory and governance schedules and ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements.
• Monitor close timelines, identify bottlenecks and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Serve as functional owner of the ERP platform, handling system administration, configuration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in accounting operations, financial reporting and month‑end/year‑end close processes.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS standards and audit/tax compliance.
• Proven ability to manage ERP systems and drive process efficiencies.
• Experience working in a multi‑entity, global organization.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
