Communications Advisor

About the role

As a Communications Advisor at Desjardins Group, you will support the promotion of projects and programs across the organization and to its members and clients. You will help shape the online brand image, manage social and digital media channels, and assist with internal event production.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop communication materials for internal and external audiences.
• Manage and update social media platforms, acting as community manager.
• Advise clients and partners on internal event management and production.
• Conduct research, preliminary analysis, and draft outlines of tools and processes.
• Develop recommendations, solutions, and action plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Negotiate standardized contracts with preferred external providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least one year of relevant communications or marketing experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
• Action‑oriented mindset with business insight and customer focus.
• Interpersonal savvy and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
